Public Organisations

1. Declaration by the applicant (DEC) : the file is: Call2011_Promo_P_Annex_Declaration_by_the_applicant (

The DEC file must be filled in in all its part, it must be dated, signed and stamped by an authorised representative of the organisation and it must be printed on LETTERHEAD of the organisation. All participant must send the scanned file (in *.pdf format);

1. Legal entity form (LE): the file is: legEnt_public_xx.pdf

The instructions for the filling are within the atteched file. All participant must send the scanned file (in *.pdf format).

1. Legal document (LD): a certified copy of the resolution, law, decree or decision establishing the body in question, or if not available, any other official document originating from this body (an invoice for example) or a certified copy of a printed document provided by the city/municipality is sufficient if the header contains the name, address and when applicable the registration number.

In the first page all participant must be write “CORRESPONDING TO THE ORIGINAL “ and this part must be signed, stamped and dated. All participant must send the scanned file (in *.pdf format).
